2026 Turquoise Trail Pack Burro Race
The biggest little pack burro race in the West! Located in Cerrillos, New Mexico this is a great beginner or advanced race for all teams. There is a 2.5 and 6 mile course that you are welcome to hike or run hearts out on. See race page for map, rules, burro rental, and other information.

This course is a fun loop around the village and actual milage is nearer to 2.5 miles. Great for new teams!

Get to see beautiful Cerrillos Hills State Park through this course! You will pass old mine shafts and walk on the same trails as burros used in the mines did a century before. More information on race page.
